Dr. Tyler Goldberg is a leading hip and knee reconstruction surgeon with a bold vision: deliver global-leading surgical care in a boutique, concierge experience in a saturated orthopedic market where patients increasingly research on YouTube before they book. When we met, his digital presence was fragmented, his video library non-existent, and there was no unified system to convert education into appointments through earned media. The mandate was clear—build a modern, physician-led media platform that teaches, differentiates, and drives high-intent patients to book.
The Transformation
We partnered directly with Dr. Goldberg to architect a creator-led brand that feels premium and personal. We established YouTube as the engine, rebuilt the web experience around patient transformation, and coached the doctor on YouTube frameworks on-camera presentation.
