The Process
We started by listening—interviewing the team, clarifying goals, and mapping the patient journey from first click to consult. Then we built a simple, conversion-focused web experience inside their existing site and a cohesive media plan. Over a few focused days on site (with patient privacy front and center), we captured real patient journeys, surgeon and team stories, and clear explainers that reduce fear and show next steps. We turned that library into on-brand pages, thumbnails, and consult-ready videos and leave-behinds that work online and chairside. Finally, we launched with clear calls to action, a search-friendly structure and basic tracking, then iterated with the team to sharpen messages and scale what worked.
